- ro - Sărbătorim cea de-a 5-a ediție consecutivă în care ALLBIM NET este sponsor principial al Concursului CASA!
Anul acesta competiția are loc în Capitala Europeană a Culturii 2023, Timișoara, și suntem foarte entuziasmați să vedem ce soluții vor propune studenții pentru această ediție.
Tema de proiectare presupune realizarea unei inserții arhitecturale în cartierul istoric Iosefin și solicită studenților să-și imagineze un scenariu în care 5 artiști vizuali pot lucra și locui împreună. Considerăm subiectul temei foarte important și actual, având în vedere lipsa de diversitate când vine vorba de tipologii mixte de locuire și spații de lucru.
Ca și în anii anteriori, pe lângă premiile concursului, ALLBIM NET oferă două premii speciale: Premiul Special ALLPLAN și Premiul Special LUMION.
Pentru ca un proiect înscris în concurs să fie eligibil pentru Premiul Special ALLPLAN, acesta trebuie să fie realizat exclusiv în ALLPLAN, iar studenții trebuie să încarce proiectul împreună cu planșele de prezentare pe platforma CDE ALLPLAN BIMPLUS, unde vor fi analizate și jurizate.
În cazul Premiului Special LUMION, studenții au de făcut un filmuleț de 2 minute în care să își prezinte într-un mod cât mai atractiv proiectul. Câștigătorul acestui premiu va fi ales de către producătorii LUMION.
Premiile oferite sunt foarte motivante pentru studenți, fiind compuse din remunerație financiara și o invitație la ediția de anul acesta a Școlii de Vară de la Constanța. Pe lângă acestea, planșele studenților vor fi expuse pe site-ul ALLBIM NET, dar și pe rețelele noastre sociale unde vor putea fi vizualizate de către publicul larg și de profesioniști din domeniu.
Am pregătit și un masterclass pentru a ajuta studenții participanți să își atingă potențialul maxim în aceste două programe, oferindu-le tutoriale atât pentru nivel de începători, cât și de avansați.

- eng - We are celebrating the 5th consecutive edition of CASA in which ALLBIM NET is the main sponsor!
This year the competition takes place in the European Capital of Culture for 2023, Timișoara, and we are very excited to see the students` proposals for this edition.
The design task asks for an architectural insertion in the historical Iosefin district and requires the students to imagine a scenario in which 5 visual artists cand work and live together. We consider the subject of the task to be of very high importance, considering the lack of diversity when it comes to mixed typologies of housing and workspaces.
As in the previous years, besides the prizes of the contest, ALLBIM NET is also offering two special prizes: the ALLPLAN Special Prize and the LUMION Special Prize.
For a project to be eligible for the ALLPLAN Special Prize, it must be integrally made with ALLPLAN, and the students have to upload the project together with the presentation layouts on the CDE platform ALLPLAN BIMPLUS, where they will be analyzed and judged.
In the case of the LUMION Special Prize, the students must create a 2-minute-long video in which they need to present they’re project in the most attractive way. The winner of this prize will be elected by the producers of LUMION.
The prizes we offer are very motivating for the students, consisting of money and an invitation to this year`s edition of our Summer School in Constanța. Besides these, the layouts will be published on the ALLBIM NET website, but also on our social media platforms where they will be seen by the wide audiences and by professionals from the field.
We also put together a masterclass in order to help the participating students to reach their maximum potential in these two softwares, consisting of basic and advanced level tutorials.
