What the Scholarship includes
Recipients of the Ukraine Scholarship will receive a Full Participation Package for the event in Constanța (August 24–29, 2026), which includes:
- Zero Participation Fee: Full access to all workshops, industry lectures, and competitions.
- Complimentary Accommodation: Stay in the student dormitories for the duration of the event at no cost.
- Pre-Event Training: Access to our specialized online software training to prepare you for the challenge.
Who can apply?
We are looking for motivated students who are eager to bring modern BIM standards back to their academic and professional communities.
- Eligibility: Current students of Architecture, Urban Planning, or Engineering at a Ukrainian University.
- Skills: A basic understanding of CAD/BIM is required. A desire to work in international, multidisciplinary teams is essential.
- Language: As the event is held in English, a working proficiency in the language is needed.
How to Apply
The selection process is merit-based. To apply for one of the 5 available spots, please follow these steps:
- Create an account on bimchallenge.net. For easier navigation, switch the website language to English.
- Register on this page.
- Submit your application in the dedicated area bellow, using the button at the bottom of this webpage.
- Upload the required documents:

- Short application text (1 page, PDF format): Highlight your academic background, technical skills, involvement in other workshops, and BIM/CAD knowledge.
- Portfolio of works (PDF format): Submit a selection of your best university projects in PDF format, demonstrating your design or engineering approach.
File naming: Please name your files using the following format:
Surname_Name_ApplicationText.pdf
Surname_Name_Portfolio.pdf
